Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Vink's website, application, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Vink provides software for event operations, including AI-assisted planning, communications, and coordination tools. Features may change over time. We may offer the Service in beta or by invitation; availability is not guaranteed in all regions.

Accounts and acceptable use

• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure.
• You will not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with other users.
• You will comply with applicable laws and third-party terms (including email and messaging providers).
• You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.

AI-assisted features

The Service may generate drafts, suggestions, or automated actions for your review. You are responsible for reviewing and approving outbound communications and decisions before they are sent or executed. We do not guarantee that AI output is accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.

Fees

Paid plans or billing features, when offered, will be described at checkout or in an order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VINK AND ITS SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will survive.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
