Vink ("we," "us," or "our") provides agentic software for event operations. This policy describes how we handle personal information when you use our website at getvink.com, our application at app.getvink.com, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

Information we collect

• Account data — name, email, and authentication identifiers when you sign up or sign in (via our identity provider).
• Workspace and event data — content you create in Vink, such as events, tasks, drafts, and team membership.
• Connected communications — if you connect an email or messaging account, we process messages and metadata needed to provide inbox and agent features, subject to your approvals.
• Technical data — logs, device/browser type, and usage information used to operate and secure the Service.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Authenticate users and enforce workspace access;
• Run AI-assisted planning and communications you choose to enable;
• Respond to support requests and protect against abuse or fraud;
• Comply with legal obligations.

Google user data

If you connect a Google account (for example Gmail or Calendar), we access Google data only to provide the features you request inside Vink. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data. You can disconnect linked accounts from your workspace settings.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Service providers

We use trusted subprocessors to run the Service (for example hosting, authentication, email connectivity, and AI inference). They process data only on our instructions and under appropriate agreements.

Retention and security

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, unless a longer period is required by law. We apply technical and organizational measures designed to protect your data; no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request.
